There are two international and four regional scheduled flights using the airport flying to destinations as follows:
- Brussels Airlines – flies to Abidjan and Brussels, and onwards to the United States, Europe and other destinations
- Royal Air Maroc – Flies to Freetown and Casablanca, and onwards to the United States and other destinations
- Kenya Airways – Flies to Accra and Nairobi
- Aero Contractor – Flies to Accra and Lagos
- Bellview – Flies to Abidjan, Accra, and Lagos
- Virgin Nigeria - Flies to Accra, Freetown, Lagos, Conakry, Brussels, Banjul, Darkar, Casablanca, Bamako, Lome
Other unscheduled and chartered flights use the airport as well.
