The departure procedures for all passengers are:
- Proceed to the main entrance with your passport and ticket for security inspection
- After inspection, proceed to security screening of baggage(s) and body
- After screening, proceed to the ticketing counter for Check-In
- After check-in, proceed to Immigration with your passport and boarding pass
- After Immigration, proceed to security screening of overnight & hand bags, and body
- After screening, proceed to the departure hall for boarding
Note that:
- Passengers traveling to America, Europe, etc may proceed for Visa Check before Check-In
- Passengers may proceed to clear Port Heath with the vaccination card or record before Immigration
- There are comfortable seating & toilet facilities, duty free shops, bars and restaurants located in the departure lounge
- In the interest of aviation security, only ticketed passengers are allowed to enter the terminal. No unauthorized person is allowed to escort their party into the terminal.
