Virgin Nigeria begins flights to Liberia on October 11, 2008

Delta Airlines of the Unites States recently met RIA management and toured the airport facilities in its bid to begin flights to Liberia.  Delta Airlines currently has direct flight from Accra to New York.  The airline intends to use RIA as its West Africa hub.

RIA is carrying out major renovation works on its existing terminal and surroundings to meet international standards and improve service delivery.
